CRM entity form views allow you to configure the view of your CRM records: leads, deals, contacts, and companies.
Only Bitrix24 administrators can add or edit CRM entity form views.
To add a new view, scroll down to the bottom of the CRM entity form and click on the view name. Then select "New view" and specify the view name and select employees or departments that will have access to this view. Save to finish.
